About industrial policy issues has become ahot issue in the development of economy. Our country also has a lot of industrial policy,which promote the development of China’s economy greatly, but still little analysis ofindustrial policy aimed at Russia. Since Russia’s Vladimir Putin came to power in2000,Russia can achieve rapid economic growth and recovery, and that Russia has introducedmany industrial policy are inseparable which has no separation with introducing manyindustrial policies. Russia is a resource intensive country, change resource dependence,implement economic transformation has been the most important topic.in Russia’seconomy development. Government intervention and economic relationship is alsoimportant research topic of market economy, and industrial policy is to compare thesuccess state intervention in the economy. There is still much debate about whethercountries should intervene in the economy. Aimed at evaluating the effects of industrialpolicy, the state should intervene in the economy, countries should be how to interveneeconomy can promote economic development and other issues. Industrial policyimplementation can change the Russian industrial structure, improve the Russianeconomic growth rates, implement Russian economic transformation.This article discusses the Russian industrial policy, uses economic analysis means,make the analysis of the actual economic effects of Russia’s industrial policy.
