Research On Rural Area Electric Power Consumption Structure In All-round Well-off Society Of Hebei

According to the struggle objective put forward by the 16th Representative Conference of the Communist Party of China and building all-round well-off society development outline of Hebei province, after the economy and society actuality of Hebei province is analyzed, the proportion coefficient increase method is applied to forecast the economy and society status of Hebei province. Gray relevancy is applied in the thesis to analyze the relation between the electric power consumption structure and industry structure of rural area in Hebei province and the relevant matrix is obtained to search the second industry as the superior one. Meanwhile, the theoretic foundation is provided that the electric power consumption should be forecast according to the three industries respectively. Based on the data of rural economic development and electric power consumption these years, each industry GDP and urbanization ratio are discovered to be the major factors that are determining each industry electric power consumption. The method of main component analysis is applied to forecast each industry electric power consumption of rural area in all-round well-off society of Hebei. Meanwhile, the consumption trait is analyzed and some suggestions are put forward in this thesis.
