At present, power customer relationship management system isn't seen in our country. But, with the development of power industry reform and the market competition, prompt and correct decision system is more and more useful for power supply enterprises. The advancement of modern technology economics, IT and modern math make it possible: to build advanced power CRM system. Advanced power CRM system is researched and the three core models are brought forward. First, the power load forecasting one based on improved ANN combination; second, the latent customer evaluation one based on improved data mining algorithm; third, the consumption pattern analysis one based on compare to different phases. At last, the accomplished system is introduced for its software technique and function design.
