Found on practical using and problems we want to solve, this research is studied on design of dynamoelectric treadmill controller which is based on series motor. It aims to explore an effective control mode for series motor using in the dynamoelectric treadmill and increase the pratical performance of treadmill industry.At first, this dissertation makes a research on the main structure of dynamoelectric treadmill. It deeply analyse the working principle of series motor which is used as power source, and deduces the relation between the voltage and rotate speed. The dissertation also analyse the typical motion mode and load characteristic of dynamoelectric treadmill, makes a solid theoretical foundation for controlling arithmetic.Then this dissertation also makes a analysis to get the effect that the PID controller parameters to the control performance as well as the fuzzy control application theory. Basing on this result, the dissertation discusses the system structure of PID parameter self-tuning and study the process of PID parameter fuzzy self-tuning. In the designing of control strategy, we use fuzzy set theory and method to sum up PID parameters self-tuning to the fuzzy control rules. Then makes those rule to be form prepared for needing.In the designing of circuit, the dessertation makes a deep exploration on the power circuit, rotate speed sampling circuit, series motor driving circuit and over current measure circuit and so on. In the process of design, we explain the rules of the parameter choosing for the important components. From the preliminary stage of hardware designing, we have considered the potential EMC problems and made corresponding solution measures. Finally,basing on the design of hardware, the control mode is programed. And the results of series motor's speed from the hall sensor is provided. From the result, it can be said that the series motor can run stably in the control system and this control system is useful practically.
