With the power industry has improved step by step, the power enterprises have to implement their scientific and efficient internal management.Under the conditions of market economy, information construction has become one of the most important prerequisites that a power enterprise to survival and development. In this condition, the Guangdong Power Grid proposed the blueprint of"shi yi wu"information construction. In this blueprint, power enterprise portal system as a basis platform in information construction was listed on the first to be carried out.The power enterprises information portal that this thesis talks about, base on the power enterprise business systems's data and establish the foundation platform that integrates data transmission, data integration, unified access. Single sign-on and content management system is an integral part of this system.Single sign-on based on unity authentication platform and of the PKI/CA security system save the user to switch the business systems, and also solve the security problems of token passing by a url, and the corporations internal users can access and manage the information safely.Content management subsystem which is base on Weblogic Portal platform, by encapsuling and improving page rendering ang other low-level interface of the platform to made the platform to better meet the needs of the portal system functions. Content management system in addition to meet the demand of enterprise news releasing, also uses the defined content type to allow for expansion content such as the power enterprise examination plans, the electrical equipment information, power grid infrastructure and so on and those information can change into knowledge. Content management system also shows and analyzes the running log information of the power grid, power load side. And based on some of web gage segmentation algorithm, it's web clipping function can judge the area which user want to clip ,and it just superior to those of other manufacturers to cut web page. All those feature make it as a digital power grid content management system.The thesis based on the product design and implementation of power enterprise information portal system design and with portal technology, web services technology, single sign-on technology, web clipping technology and relies on the Oracle Weblogic Portal platform to achieve single sign-on and building content management solutions and implementation of the power supply enterprise EAI/EIP system.
