Continuous process control is an important part of industrial production,in which continuous reactor reaction process is widely used in petrochemical industry,biopharmaceutical industry,refining and extraction industry.The control accuracy and dynamic parameters of the process determine the quality and production capacity of the product.In addition,the continuous reactor reaction process generally has the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure,coupling,non-linear and so on.In this paper,the typical process flow of continuous reactor reaction system is taken as an example to carry out process analysis and control strategy design.On the basis of the analysis of the coupling relationship of each substance by the sign directed graph,the control strategies of feedforward feedback control loop,material circulation control loop and pressure feedforward control are established.Secondly,a control strategy based on Fractional Order PID controller is proposed for the key heat exchange link in continuous reactor.The heat exchange process and the control loop based on fractional PID are modeled by MATLAB,and simulated the control effect.In order to verify the control strategy and control algorithm proposed in this design,a hardware in the loop simulation platform is established based on smpt-1000 advanced multi-functional process control simulation system and SIEMENS PCS7 software and hardware system.Based on the system,the CFC configuration of control loop and SFC configuration of start-up process are established.On this basis,the parameter setting,start-up test and result analysis of the controller are completed.Finally,the effectiveness and stability of the proposed control strategy and control loop are verified.Finally,an information collection and management system is established based on Win CC and aliyun.The communication link between uplink data and downlink data is realized through the industrial gateway.The platform of data visualization and network monitoring is constructed,which provides the foundation for the next step of online data calculation.The experimental results show that the control strategy proposed in this paper,as well as the Fractional Order PID algorithm designed in the reactor temperature control part,realizes the control effect of the temperature control system with short regulation time,small overshoot and strong robustness,which is of great significance for improving production capacity and ensuring production safety.
