Acid fracturing is an important way to transform carbonate reservoir.In acid fracturing progress, how to test and descript the surface of the corroded rock is a very important fundamental issues. This paper will use 3D laser scan technology of RE on the measurement and reconstruction of the corroded rock,and provide a new way for the corroded rock studing in laboratory.The paper designs a three-dimensional laser scanner of the corroded rock based on the measuring principle of laser triangulation method to mesure the corroded rock quickly and accurately.The paper researches on genetic neural repairing algorithm on incomplete point cloud and smart grid algorithm on point cloud. introduces the application of the mapping method and small hole imaging method in the basic principle of vision measurement and derivates the relationships of three-dimensional coordinates and CCD mirror coordinates.Main research works and achievements are summarized as following:The paper studies on the typical light sources used in modern measurement techniques based on the measuring principle of laser triangulation method and the common mathematical models uede in vision measement is studied introduces the application of the mapping method and small hole imaging method in the basic principle of vision measurement and derivates the relationships of three-dimensional coordinates and CCD mirror coordinates.The paper designs the corroded rock three-dimensional laser scanner and deeply analysizes the principle, composition and function of hardware and software. The measurement results show that the corroded rock three-dimensional laser scanner can scan the corroded rock quickly and accurately and obtain the roughness,ups and downs,and fluctuation information by analyzing in frequency domain. The paper studies on the principle of BP neural network and genetic algorithm ,and optimizes the parameters of BP neural network by genetic algorithm .It also gives the steps of genetic neural repairing algorithm on incomplete point cloud and the genetic neural network algorithm is used in repairing the incomplete point clouds. The results show that the genetic neural network has a good convergence speed and accuracy.On the base of deeply studing on the triangular grid reconstruction method and the characteristics of line light source scanning point clouds, the smart triangulation grid algorithm on point cloud is proposed, and the details of the algorithm principle and steps is deeply introduced. Finally, this algorithm is applied in the experiment of point cloud triangulation. The results show that the smart triangulation grid algorithm on point cloud can triangulate the point cloud completely and accurately.In the mesurment and reconstruction process,many experimental studies is implemented on the theory and algorithms in the paper.The results show that the analyzation algorithm, repairing algorithm, and reconstruction algorithm of point cloud and the corroded rock three-dimensional laser scanner designed in the paper provide a new technology for surface analyzation and the corroded effect evaluation of the corroded rock, and have important theory significance and application value.
