In all kinds of military equipments and industrial engineering equipments, the loadplatform often need to be adjusted to the horizontal l state of non horizontal state,has a veryimportant significance for the fast into the use of equipment and the safe transport ofmaterials,therefore, hydraulic leveling technology is widely used in these fields. With thecontinuous development of technology and Continuous requirements of the level in the fieldof military and industrial,level the load platform quickly and accurately is very importantfor the development of these fields.Based on vehicle platform, theoretical analysis and simulation are together used in thisresearch of platform leveling process. This paper based on the load platform as the researchobject, fully analyzed the current research in related fields, combines the method oftheoretical analysis,mathematical modeling and simulation in the software for the analysis ofthe leveling process.First based on the analysis of the overall system, by comparing the advantages anddisadvantages of each leveling method, and comparing the synchronization control strategy,this paper establishes the leveling methods as chase type (highest point) and uses themaster-slave control strategy for the control of hydraulic cylinder. Then established themathematical model of the load platform, analysis the mathematical model ofPlatform lifting load, movement of the Hydraulic cylinder piston, dynamic characteristics ofthe load pressure of the hydraulic cylinder in the progress of the leveling. In AMESimsoftware, modeled the main components that structured the hydraulic cylinder synchronouscontrol in platform leveling, and made the simulation analysis of the mode l. The simulationresults show that the model is in good agreement with the actual process of leveling.Introduced the fuzzy PID control strategy according to the characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder synchronization control, designed a fuzzy PID controller In Simulinksoftware.Test the synchronization performance when the system added the fuzzy PIDcontrol strategy by the co-simulation with AMESim software, Simulation results show thatfuzzy PID control strategy is great help to improve the performance of four hydrauliccylinder synchronization control in the leveling process of the load platform.
