With the speedy popularity of global Internet as well as the rapid development of network technology, the website has already become an important mean for enterprise and public institutions to conduct their own publicity and promotion. The level of enterprise portal websites construction and management will directly affect their network image, how to construct their own website has also been an important topic with which the innumerable enterprise and public institutions are faced. At present, with the continuous increase of the website's information content, people often need to spend a lot of time, manpower and material resources dealing with information updates and maintenance work. Nevertheless, when the users visit these websites carefully, they will find that the overwhelming majority of websites exist the problems of lack of standardization of information organizations, without updating the data timely, the accumulation of large number of information etc., which is inconvenient for the users. Therefore, the research of website content management system really has realistic significance and value in use.The website content management system of Jiu San Grain and Oil Industrial Group was researched and developed according to the current situation and characteristics of Jiu San Grain and Oil Industrial Group website, combining with the general requirements of enterprise website construction, utilizing the advanced ideas and technology of Web applications and content management field. The goal of this system was to conduct scientific collection, conversion, storage, classification, retrieval, updating timely and effective use to mass and various enterprise information resources so as to meet the growing information requirements and service needs of the public.This paper introduced the functions and features of website content management system, summarized the website content management system, analyzed and compared the application status and existing problems of current domestic and international website content management system, deeply discussed the applications of .NET technology in the aspects of building website content management system, and provided a systematic and completed design plan. According to the analysis of user website constructions and content management requirements made by designers, this paper carried out overall design to the system, provided the system design principle, design idea, functional module design and database design, and conducted detailed design and implementation of the core modules of the system, such as content management, member module and so on. Finally, this paper made selective analysis to the key technologies which were applied to the system implementation, including Ajax technology, template technology etc. The framework of this system adopted the three layer technical framework of B/S structure, which meant that the code was divided into presentation layer, business logic layer and data access layer. This layered design pattern allows the system design idea to be much clearer, and much easier of the test and maintenance. After the implementation of this system, all of the maintenance of website content need not encode, it could be completed by the corresponding setting of website backstage management.The development of the system is based on the advanced ASP.NET technology, B/S structure, makes full use of the thinking of object-oriented programming, MVC design pattern, template technology etc, It can satisfy the reliability, the extension and the reusability successfully. The system provided a convenient and high effective management platform and the content real-time issue platform for the users, reduce the complexity of the information website's establishment greatly, with a good prospect of development.
