Telemetry System Test Platform Equivalent Device Design And Implementation

The Telemetry System Test Measurement plays an important role in the vehicle testing. The equivalent test circuit designed in this paper is mainly used for detecting and verifying The Telemetry System Test Measurements'digital output, the switch instruction, and digital input modules features. It provides an important basis for acceptance of the Telemetry System Test Bed.The paper focuses on the hardware design and implementation of the equivalent test circuit. The composition of the equivalent test circuit includes power supply card and the data acquisition card. The power achieve voltage through the transformer, rectifiers and DC-DC converter. The data acquisition card use FPGA as the main control logic unit for data collection, coding and uploading. The paper also describes the structural design of the Equivalent Test Circuit.The completed major work are as follows:(1) According to the Telemetry System's data, we analyse the technical indicators of the Equivalent test circuit, give design plan.(2) Power card and capture card are designed, The consumption of the power is analyzed. Functions of main chips and the different collection interface are described in detail.(3) The paper focuses on implementation of data acquisition. The FIFO is designed within FPGA, and data buffer memory. We analyse the impact of temperature on the logic.(4) It describes problems of the Equivalent test circuit and the Telemetry System's commission, and propose improvement measures.In the joint test, The Telemetry Systems meet design purposes, the equivalent test circuit complete the design requirements through testing, verification of the digital output module, the switch command module and digital input module's performance...
