Telemetry Equipment of missile-borne is the core of the aircraft telemetry system. In the process of the launching aircraft, it provided all of the aircraft flight parameters for the ground, so it demands for high precision and reliability to Telemetry Equipment of missile-borne. Telemetry Equipment of missile-borne for CAN bus as special Test-Equipment of the ground ,it is used to test the integrated controller, digital converter and bus isolation of CAN. It is a large-application equipment that including automatic generation,automatic detection,automatic meter and data analysis. The use of Test-Equipment will change the traditional manual test methods and make it automatic to test during production and application. It will improve the production level and quality of Telemetry Equipment of missile-borne. Meanwhile, it will promote test level of telemetry system and lower costs of production and experiment.Through analyzing the system function indicators was given by task, the paper presents the design program of test-Equipment. In part of the process of the hardware circuit design, the paper describes the test function modules and design key points. The paper conducts the key technologies of PC104 and CAN bus. For the software design, the CAN bus node module firmware program was elaborated. Meanwhile, Functional design and operation process design of PC software are introduced.This paper is based on the project, the design not only completed the task book requirements, but also tested the test function,it can realize the performance of the testing task book, design results meet various requirements of system. Through actual application that meets the design objective in this way, greatly improve the performance of the test platform; the functionality also improves the scalability of test Platform.
