For the performance of missile-borne recorder, test equipment is designed specially to measure it. Through the analysis of system function, the thesis presents the design program of test equipment: FPGA as the central controller,USB for data transmission. The system has strong universality and extensity by using the design method of bus and module. The thesis introduces circuit and logic-timing design according to the function of module. This thesis makes the simulation and analysis against possible problems of electromagnetic compatibility in the circuit board, finally provides the design method of electromagnetic compatibility.The thesis makes sufficient analysis against the key and difficult problems in the process of system design and debugging and gives out the solution. In the design of hardware circuit and logic-timing, the project takes effective measures to prevent misuse of system and so improves the reliability of the system. About the problem of error-code in real-time monitoring of system unit testing, we use crosstalk simulation and analysis of error-code data, finally determines the reasons of error-code and revises it in time. After final testing, it demonstrates that the measures taken are effective.The test equipment and recorder have taken the unit testing. The entire system works well and all functions of test equipment meet the system requirements.
