The rebuild item of Reservoir gate control system is a very important rebuild item in 2007 for Reservoir. The research of gate control system is an important part of the item. Taking the development of Remote Monitor System and the application of Electro-hydraulic proportional system as background, the system is practicable.We introduce Fieldbus technology generally and analyze the specific and advantage of PROFIBUDS in technology in the article. Then we bring forward some outlines in configuration of a control network by using the technology of PROFIBIUS, give some examples of PROFIBUS system using in some practical applications. PROFIBUS Communication Protocol is being used to complete the communication between IPC and the PLC. We also introduce the application of supporting software WinCC and the system Configuration and so on.The implementing agencies of the system are electro-hydraulic proportional system. In order to improve production efficiency and economize the cost, this thesis adopt a displacement feedback design, at the same time, setting up the mathematic model of the system by using the transfer function model, setting up the PID control and NN control tactic for the model. In the end, this thesis simulation the control system based on the model of electro-hydraulic control system by using the MATLAB software.Based on the result of simulation, the final result of experiment indicate that the established math model and the design of the control system are correct, the control strategy of PID and NN are effective control ways, and the communication is normal.
