| The objective of this thesis is to realize an intelligent embedded state monitoring system for a large-scale machine, double-inlet and double-outlet Coal Mill which is mainly used for thermal power plant and pulverizes coal for direct injection coal pulverizing boiler. Because of bilateral import and output, its grinding efficiency is higher than single-inlet and single-outlet Coal Mill 20 percents. The product also has advantages of fire prevention flame-proof and high rate of continuous operation, and it isn't affected by the types of coal. The double-inlet and double-outlet Coal Mill, which is manufactured by Shenyang heavy machinery group, has reached the international advanced level, fills a domestic gap in this field and puts an end to the long history of dependence on imports. But because of its low level of automation, it is uncompetitive in international market.The embedded system researched in this thesis is able to implement real time detection and collect working state parameters for double-inlet and double-outlet Coal Mill, and display the real-time variation of each parameter. It is a kind of intelligent online real-time data acquisition, processing, analysis and diagnosis system for large-scale equipments. The system is in the forefront of on-line state monitoring and expert diagnosis system for large-scale equipments, so its working performance will have direct impact on the accuracy of diagnosis and prediction. It combines embedded technology with modern data acquisition technology, using DSP TMS320F2812 as its microprocessor chip, adopting DSP/BIOSTM operating system which is an embedded real time operating system, selecting AD73360 and TLC2543 as its analog-digital conversion. The content of this thesis is an important part in the embedded data acquisition system.In this thesis, we studies basic theory of the embedded system, analyses characteristics of DSP, applying environments and related development environments, and then gives a solution scheme of embedded system based on DSP. This thesis also analyses in detail data collection, memory, transmission and data security of collection data, and mainly gives a kind of applying method based on DSP.The successful development of the system has very important significance for improving the automation level of double-inlet and double-outlet Coal Mill and enhancing its market competitiveness. The research result in this thesis has been passed checkup by province science and technology office and applied in the project of double-inlet and double-outlet Coal Mill. And related software has been passed industry evaluation by Liaoning evaluation center of computer software and networks. And the multi-channels data acquisition technology of this system has been acquired patent. |
