Groundwater inrush of iron ore is the major geological disasters in current mining production. In the past, the forecast means of groundwater inrush are usually to achieve the purpose of monitoring through observing the apparent phenomenon caused by groundwater inrush, such as quantity of groundwater output, crustal stress sudden change and so on. Microseism monitoring which starts with the destruction essence of rock caused by groundwater inrush is to achieve the propose of forecasting groundwater inrush through measuring the stress wave when the rock occurred damage, with the advantages of real-time, large-scale etc,having the great significance for mine safety production.This paper adopts an academic idea of "mining dynamic pressure and the water pressure perturbing stress field to induce micro-rupture (microseism) is a precursor essential character of groundwater inrush ", the security and stability of Zhangmatun Iron ore great underground curtain are analyzed by the scene microseism monitoring and the numerical simulation of the stress field.3D geological modeling of underground curtain Jigang_Zhangmatun Iron ore is built, microseism data reprocessing software MMS is researched and developed, the scene microseism monitoring data are input into the 3D geological model, select display region and time unit in accordance with the practical problem to analyze the temporal and spatial distribution rule of local region microseism events. On the other hand,3D geological model is input into the coupled analysis software COMSOL to analyze the stress field of the mining area and the great underground curtain. Consolidation of the two aspects, the possibility of groundwater inrush of the great underground curtain is the evaluated.Through the scene monitoring and theoretical analysis, microseism incident occurs at a higher frequency at the interconnected place of the Ordovician and the EC marble permeable rock in the southwest side of the great underground curtain, and the results of the numerical simulation show that the stress of the interconnected place is significantly higher than elsewhere, it is potential threat of formatting channel process. In the process of the mining, the interconnected place should be monitored and done the corresponding safe handling.
