In recent years, as our country’s industrialization and the acceleration ofurbanization, part of groundwater is serious, water levels continue to decline. Manyareas already appear, part of ground collapse river water level is reduced, and thecontinuous droughts aggravate and so on the condition. Some areas urban sewage, liferubbish and industrial waste unclean liquid and chemical fertilizers and leakagepenetration, groundwater pollution problem increasingly, resulting in many areaswhere residents can eat without water and water are available. How to reasonablemining, the use and the protection of groundwater resources, to solve the currentdevelopment and utilization of groundwater encountered in the process of somequestion, has become a relationship between the people’s livelihood to the event. Forthis,"1025" period, our country is expected to be put into the trillions of groundwaterin the capital management.With the continuous development of science and technology, electronictechnology, wireless communication technology and software technology has beenapplied in various fields, which also contains the groundwater resources in thedevelopment, utilization and renovation. Instrument room long engaged in theautomatic data collection, transmission and processing work involving inland,hydraulic physical model, geotechnical engineering, pump room automation and so onmore than one direction, and has established the own data acquisition transmissionand information service platform. This subject is based on instrument room existingremote wireless acquisition transmission and information service platform,development to Gis services as the main body, integrated groundwater water level,water temperature automatic acquisition and processing of groundwater observationinformation management system for groundwater resources of the sustainabledevelopment, provide data using the service platform. This paper analyzes the systemrequirements are discussed on the basis of groundwater observation of themanagement information system function structure, creating a database table, finishedthe design of the whole system; Realize the stand nets management, water level, watertemperature monitoring management monitoring management, statementsmanagement and systems management five module design. System using C/Sarchitecture, hardware system as acquisition support, using C#.net language and Winform technology development the client to Microsoft SQL Server2005asdatabase engine and engine data services. This system friendly interface, easyoperation, with the automatic acquisition and artificial entry and other characteristics,report output to Microsoft Excel for data interface for users of data analysis andprocessing of two provided convenience.
