Research And Implementation Oriented Project Management System Of Collaborative Design

Collaborative design is often adopted to improve designing Process and efficiency, promoting development and increasing competitive power in modern companies. Collaborative design is interdisciplinary field, which involves Management, Communication, Information Technology and Sociology.In the field of product collaborative design, the enterprises distributed in different areas are often short of the scientific, normative, and standard project management. This greatly affects the process of product development and will ultimately bring economy loss that can not be redeemed to those enterprises. So how to enhance the whole level of project management in collaborative design has become the urgent affair. At present, the project management system based on Web has become both the hotspot of research and advanced field, which shows a favorable perspective.The main research contents are briefly summarized as follows:(1) The development situation and trend of project management system in collaborative design at home and abroad are introduced. With the characteristics of the B/S architecture, an open and distributed frame of project management system for collaborative design is brought forward, and the hierarchy of the system is analyzed.(2) With the in-depth analysis of the concept and problems of project management, this paper puts forward a rough architecture of the project management in collaborative design, and discusses the essential meaning of every module of the system, namely the module of project disassembly, project process modeling, task executive engine and project executive monitor.(3) Concrete solution for system was provided on detailed requirement analysis by means of the project management system for collaborative design, with presentation tier implementation adopted Struts, persistence tier implementation adopted Hibernate and process management system implementation adopted jBPM.(4) The extension implementation of jBPM authorization was provided according to project management system for collaborative design requirement, and the design and implementation details for joint approval pattern were presented. From the tier concept point of view the detail implementation method of presentation tier, controller tier and logic tier was described.The development of the whole system follows the idea of software engineering. The HTML language, JavaScript language, SQL language, Java language and database technology are applied in this project, which provides the Online Word system with favorable character of migration, robust storage management and security.
