Design And Implementation Of Key Project Management System

In recent years, Jinan city pay more attention to the construction of key projects and improve the investment environment vigorously, the scale of investment in key projects is growing, and the field of construction is expanding. The rapid growth of key projects injects great vitality for the economic to increase quickly and smoothly in the whole city, and provides strong support for the investment in fixed assets. But now with more diverse types of projects, the more large scale of construction, the more complicated dispersion of region and other factors, the government often encounter many unforeseen problems in a process of investment and construction, the traditional management methods is so difficult to sustain. Therefore, under the environment of complex projects, too many investment and tight task, it has become the main research objectives that improve the management level of key projects with the advanced information technology.This paper discusses the application of information technology in project management primarily, and designs a set of key project management system. The key project management system in this paper is based on the JavaEE architecture which is used widely and developed maturely. It is designed and implemented that combine MVC design patterns and the application framework such as Spring, Struts, Hibernate. First of all, we design detailed requirements and complete functions for government under the specific circumstance of project management, design a system architecture which is based on B/S model; secondly, analyze and design the system function seriously for each module; Finally, it is the implementation of system overall functions, and taking the construction of some key projects in Jinan as an example, do the statistical analysis of the project construction information and draw the meaningful conclusion.The key project management platform provides a comprehensive, visual, and intuitive project spatial distribution pattern, reduce a lot of problems such as the delaying of information transfer, the difficult of data query and the plan to slow. And it enhances the accuracy and scientific effectiveness of information management for the key project construction process. At the same time it also improves the working efficiency of Development and Reform Commission and enterprises about the key project management; provides great reference object and model suspension about many problems of repetitive information transfer and shortage of shared information resources for the traditional project management. The design of key project management system have great application value which provides data analysis for government, have the role of promoting which accords to the plan, accords to the budget and high quality construction for the future key projects.
