The data acquisition system based on mcu has the problem about data processing capacity, this paper presents a CPLD-based high-speed data acquisition system design, this design from the data acquisition speed and data transfer speed of two aspects to solve the problem, in the data acquisition module we selected high-speed AD converter, in the control circuit we use high-speed CPLD devices as the main chip to improve the speed of data acquisition, in the data transmission module, we adopt the high-speed USB interface, transfer rate up to 480 Mbps. Substantially increase the speed of data acquisition. This system has high speed, high precision, low cost and easy expansion characteristics, represents a modern data acquisition system trends.In this paper, we describes a CPLD-based high-speed data acquisition system based on data acquisition theory and the previous research. This system has given play to CPLD high performance, low consumption, advantage of the low cost, and have expanded the interface in common use of the platform. It has analyzed the composition principle of the system and main peripheral interface (USB interface, RS232 interface, SPI interface, etc.). The program about hardware drive also has been give, providing AD conversion subprogram, series communication subprogram, etc. This text analyses to the realization of this system at the end.
