Most production line of the car-production company is mixed loading line, the line in the different varieties of products, and each loading parts also different. in the production, the line-balancing problem process of production seriously affect the quality of our products and production efficiency. Therefore , for such complicated production line,. the key to solve the problems is the production line balancing for mixed loading lines. The balance of production line is discrete optimization problem, and using simulation techniques to analyze and study is the most effective way.for optimization problems,Based on mixed loading lines in practical production, this article study of the balancing-problem of mixed loading line ,Then use Flexsim to modeling and simulation analysis, and use the virtual reality technology to constructing virtual scene and drive line to 3D virtual roaming effect; At last use c + + establish production system, this system will combined Flexsim system and virtual line system, it can be used in modeling and simulation can between 3D virtual scene analysis of the real-time switch. The biggest advantage of this system is to save time and cost, and operation of the maximum efficiency.
