The biochemistry analyzer is mainly used in the detection of various biochemistry indexes of body fluid, such as Glucose, Lipid, Liver function, Kidney function, Myocardial enzymes, Immunoglobulin and so on. It is an important and necessary instrument for hospital and physical examination center. With the economic development, national health care reformed, and rural medical security system improved, the requirement of the hospital is gradually increasing. More biochemistry analyzer is needed. This thesis designed and implemented a kind of analyzers with powerful function and easy operation.Firstly, this thesis introduced the general situation and sort, medical principle, and test process. Then, the design scheme of the sample system, spectrophotometer system and cleanout system were proposed.Secondly, this thesis researched the circuit and program of the electronic control system. It was divided into several subsystems:main control module, data processing module, sample module, reagent module, injector module, and cleanout module. Five of these modules was the same circuit for easily service. The step motor driver was based on A3977, which made the design more simply with lower cost. By testing the variety of the capacitance, the liquid surface was detected. The low water level detecting was based on optical switch.Thirdly, this thesis introduced the interface of the software. Then, the method of parameter calculation was elaborated particularly.Finally, the analyzer was debugged. According to the mathematical analysis, the accuracy of the absorbance was reliable in this design.The automatic biochemistry analyzer was operated continuously in clinical testing. The test result showed that the instrument ran stably. The performance parameters of the analyzer were up to the standard. The intra coefficient variation was higher than the design standard. it indicates that the design was practicable and the test results of the automatic biochemistry analyzer were accurate. At last, this thesis pointed out the insufficiencies and gave some suggestions on how to ameliorate it.
