The safety performance is an important condition that ensures the safe drivingof automobile, and this problem has attracted great attention of nations. The presentquantity of automobile in our country is increasing rapidly, which makes safety ofautomobile driving an even more urgent problem. According to statistic, among thetraffic accidents caused by automobile breakdown, braking breakdown causes most.Automobile braking capacities is one of auto's main capacities, which meansbraking abilities under steam of man-made reducing speed to park based ondemand. The choiceness of braking capacities is related to securities of automobiledirectly. This shows that it is very important to study automobile's brakingdetective & diagnostic technique. Automobile braking performance has becomemore important while the present quantity and the speed of automobile areincreasing. In order to reduce traffic accidents, some rules of law have definitelystated that automobiles must get regular test before their driving. And during theregular test, automotive braking performance is one of the key factors thatdetermine automobile safety technical condition. However, the automobile testtechniques get behind the development of the automobile's new techniques,bringing forward the new task in the updating and development of the brakeperformance test, the test equipment and the test means.Inspection technic is one of the concernful parts of the modern manufacturetechnic. With the development of electricity and mechanism industry it isbecoming modern automobile diagnose and inspect technic. Automobile inspectionusually means that to inspect automobile's status by modern inspecting technic andinstrument and even with the help of the technic of computer and auto control. It isa integrative technology based on engineering mathematics, fault physics,reliability theory, electronics, electron technic and information controlling theoryand so forth. There are essential meanings to guarantee traffic safety, protect theenvironment, enhance carrying capacity and decrease production cost. There ispractical meaning to choose automobile performance inspecting as a researchingtask.Frequency Spectrum analysis technology is a traditional method for signaldetecting and analysis. This method is effective when signal is stationary andspectrum is different from noise. But in fact, what we are faced with usually isnonstationary signal. It is necessary that every frequency component in everymoment need to be analyzed. So the traditional methods have some disadvantagesand a new method need to be used.Wavelet analysis is a kind of tool for analyzing time-frequency. There ismultiresolution analysis feature and it is known as "mathematical microscope" inanalyzing signal.The paper is organized as follows:Firstly, the software and hardware reliability and anti-jamming has beenresearched. There are kinds of multi-frequencies jamming noise signals in thesensors' signal because infection of strong electromagnetism in industry locale andsensors and processing circuits of amplifying. In this situation, the measure offiltering is needed to get rid of unnecessary noises. This thesis designs forautomobile braking performance inspecting and control system. The hardware andsoftware are designed according to practical need. In order to restrain the noise, thedesign of hardware anti-interference and digital filter is necessary. And then aneffective filtering algorithm is brought forward.Secondly, the reliability design method of data-collection is discussed in theautomobile performance testing system. Aiming at the request in the reliabilitydesign of automobile performance testing data processing system, the paperdesigned it in two aspects. In order to improve the ratio of signal to noise and thetesting precision of the testing system, a wavelet-based filtering algorithm isbrought forward and then the validity and applicability of the algorithm is validatedthrough computer's emluator on the basis of analyzing the disturbance of thetesting field.Thirdly, the algorithm has been applied to the dynamic weighing system andbraking performance-testing system. The results indicated that the algorithm hasstrong filtering effect and it can improve the ratio of signal to noise and the testingprecision of the testing system effectively. This paper introduced the buildup,testing item, technology request of the braking performance testing system and thefactors that influence the braking performance testing, and then gained the perfectbraking performance curve through wavelet-transform.Fourthly, this paper has summarized the status of automobile brakeperformance test system, including test equipments, test means and test criterions.The questions in existing test equipments are analyzed, to bring forward the designconceive of dynamic test system. Moreover, the dynamics model is built when theautomobile brakes. By theory analysis, this text will explain the automobile brakestability is very necessary for the brake safety.Fifthly, we did some system debug and performance test to braking inspectingsystem. According to the data gained by using the technic we said just now, we canconclude the automobile inspecting system work reliably and its data are accurate.Therefore, the hardware and software system of this inspecting system have beencompleted. Finally, the results obtained and the lessons learned are summarized,and future work is discussed.This task depends mainly on the theory. But it is completed with the help ofpractical debugging and tests in the laboratory, including the deduction ofmathematical model, discussion of methodology and the design of real controlsystem. This automobile braking inspecting system is good at high precision, goodreliability and its real time. Furthermore, it works well in practical conditions. Ithas banausic value in inspecting automobile braking performance and thedevelopment of the inspecting instrument. What's more, the application of thisresearch object may make great economy and society benefits.
