As development of science and technology, the robot application already expanded from the experimental domain to the military domain,people's routine work and life.Under certain specific environment ,such as the outer space,the material collection and the nucleus pollution , the robots play its very important role.This system not only consider of humanist but also efficency. This idea links robot technology, wireless correspondence, sensor and so on.it has realized to inspect the temperature of coal mine or large-scale granary environment.And it offered a convenient efficent monit method for the administrative personnel.This issue was completed for PC database, the robot structure and control design, and temperature acquisition. Between the host computer and the robot there is a wireless transceiver modules of information interaction,which is based on nRF905 chip .The microcontroller is AT89C2051. The intelligent control software components, using VB + ACCESS, to achieve system control functions, temperature measurement chip used DS18B20 and non-contact infrared temperature sensor MLX90601EZA-CAA, for temperature acquisition and robot motion control chip selection for the PHILIPS Company CPL2106.By testing the system and related experiments,the resoults have shown that thesturcture of this design is retional. The functional modules of software and hardware design and selection meet the design requirements. Intelligent control software interface is very friendly, and simplely. It can be operated easily and run stablely,so it can meet application requirements.
