The content of "Machine Number" come from in principles of microcomputer and Interface Technology, the content of "Machine Number" is rather abstract and difficult to understand for the student. That is very difficult to achieved objective about understanding and application in 50-minute classroom teaching. After class, only PPT courseware and some web-based courses support learning. PPT courseware and web-based courses only present materials, not interact with the learner. So the learner can't learn how to use rules.In this paper, based on detailed analysis to learning content, learner characteristics, learning objectives, I develop assessment scale in view of each goal level and knowledge-point. And based CAI activity sequence by Gagne, Ludwig and Rogers and meaningful learning by Ausubel. "Machine Number" courseware is designed and developed by Prototype development modelIn respects of teaching presentation, "Machine Number" courseware use simplicity and concise Non-border interface to try to move irrelevant information, so teaching information is more outstanding to attract learner; in learning control, the courseware use learner-control and courseware-control. In the interactive test, the courseware creatively uses random seed to generate the interactive test. The numbers of each type of interactive test have been fully guaranteed.The software testing show:the code ensures that the random interactive test generate;the navigation and adequate exercise is sure. Of cause, the details such as interface and operation need the further changes.
