With the continuous development of the science andtechnology, in the modern high-speed filling of beer production line, the traditional manualdetection methods have been unable to meet the requirements of the autogeneration and thehigh appearance of the product , Moreover, this method is difficult to ensure the accuracy ofthe detection. Machine vision systems do the measurements and judgment with the machinesinstead of human eyes, which have the following benefits such as high speed, high precision,non-contact, etc. If applied it to the detection of the beer bottles, not only can be an effectiveway to overcome the lackness of inspecting the bottles with human eyes ,but also raise thedegree of automation and the efficiency of the production.The Modern beer packaging production line with the feature of high degree of automation.Empty bottle inspection machine is a key machine on the production line. by using the CCDcamera, using the light source reasonable , acquisiting the imagenations of the real-timegraphics such as the bottle of the empty beer bottles ,handing with the positioning algorithmway, combining with the computer, recogniting the imagenations according to the differencesin defect-point gray values and so on, form a line of high-speed empty beer bottle detectionsystem.The ent and parsing algorithm of the pretreatment, then introduced the templatematching principle as well as the image analysis algorithm apply to the bottle mouthexamination system ,all of these research are based on the research of the examination systemon beer production line, and marine examination system's composition, the primarycharacteristic and the work principle. In view of the situation about existing beer productionline examination, discussing influence factor of the marine bottle mouth examination throughthe production line experiment and the simulation experiment, and final to sought suitsProduction enterprise's solution, method are more economy and practical. Aiming at thequestion about non-bottle mouth measuring ability to the existing beer production, design andmanufacture the bottle mouth detector set on the production line tested on the spot, and finalto increase the bottle mouth measuring ability and improve the accuracy of marineexamination, thus to lay the foundation for improve the product's quality. This paper shoot foreliminating the influence stable factor by the smallest cost, solving the puzzled technicalquestion during production, increasing the examination rate in marine examination systemand finally building the foundation for raising the equipment utilization rate and examination's stability for the beer production line.
