Intelligent parenteral liquor inspector is a sophisticated intelligent quality control system, which involves many technologies and fields like photo-electricity technology, robotics, imaging technique, image process, etc. Visual inspection technology, the key technology of intelligent parenteral liquor inspector, consisting of two major parts--imaging technique and image process, belongs to the field of machine-vision. This article elaborates the system configuration and the design process, and focuses on the research of visual inspection technology.First, this article illustrates some basic knowledge and technology on machine-vision. It explains the definition and application of machine-vision and then elaborates the illumination design, imaging techniques, camera selection.Secondly, this article, integrating the practical conditions, makes a detailed analysis on the difficulties in the design of the intelligent parenteral inspector. After the analysis, it presents the integral scheme: in mechanical aspect, rotary table and rotate/stop control system guarantee the inspector can grab the image of each liquor product without view error; in electrical side, the system consisting of industry computer and PLC ensures the stability and flexibility; in illumination respect, we scheme out the method with bottom illumination and black background.Finally, this article discusses and researches specifically on several sorts of image process arithmetic: denoising, moving objects detection, thresholdding, image recognition. It also discusses some advanced arithmetic as well, such as ACWM, optical flow, valley-Emphasis thresholding. Depending on these analyses, we scheme out the arithmetical flow chart of the impaction system, which is illustrated in the article. Finally, through a large number of experiments we substantiate the efficiency and reliability of the system. |
