In 2008, China Telecom has granted the right of CDMA network. And China Telecom deployed mobile business network in the nationwide. In order to provide better value-added services, China Telecom has integrated original platform with NMSC-ISMP as the core of the new system, such as SMS, MMS, WAP, etc. NMSC-ISMP system using Web Service technical superiority, the SOAP, WSDL, UDDI based on the Web Service interface standards was used between all the network cell interfaces. To improve the access efficiency of the SMS value-added service SP of China Telecom, the NMSC-NSAG SMS interface simulation function of the system has been designed and realized, which will be used for SP before accessing.The article elaborates many aspects in detail, such as requirements analysis, system design, system realizes and system test etc.The main functions of design and realization include national SMS service interface simulation and basic information management function. The national SMS service interface simulation can be divided into three groups:NMSC->SP, the SP interface is called by NMSC including management information notification interface, business executive notification interface and ordering relationship update notification interface; NSAG->SP, the SP interface is called by NSAG including message callback interface and state callback interface; SP->NSAG, the NSAG interface is called by SP including SMS receiving interface. The three interfaces were simulated in the system. After entering system, SP can simulate the NMSC and NSAG to call itself interface, also can simulate itself call NSAG interface. Comparing with existed network platform debugging, the system is more convenient and flexible, and more efficient to develop. The basic information management functions include the modify and query of SP basic information, ISAG ability,SMS ability, and the add, delete, modify and query of business information and product information.In the paper, the design and realization of the NMSC-NSAG SMS interface simulation system has already been thrown into an actual usage. And in the process of application, the system has good effect. The debugging efficiency of SP interface for the realization of the system is improved greatly. By the preliminary statistics, in no simulation interface debugging system, the average debugging time of SP interface is about 15-20 days. Using interface simulation test system, the average debugging time of SP interface is about 10-15 days. The debugging efficiency of SP interface was increased approximately 30%.
