The most valuable asset of many companies is not their products or services, but their data. This is particularly true in the telecommunications industry. Trapped inside the bill is a gold mine of data that holds the key to quality of service, analysis of traffic, retention of customer and overall competitive advantage. The generation of so called bill by modern telecommunication network has opened the way to a whole area of new applications. Most importantly bill is the basis for many operational systems today. And recently, with the advance of database technology for very large databases, new applications based on the analysis of huge amounts of bills have become within reach.Along with the rapid development of Guangdong mobile data service, the business demand based on bill analysis and on-demand KPI monitoring of service's quality, especially the demand to deal with customer complaints which based on bill end-to-end analysis is becoming more and more strongly, but bill/log correlation analysis and centralized storage management for the current operator's business is still lacking. This paper makes reference to NGOSS, SID and the industry data modeling method which is widely used in EDW/ODS framework, also references to IBM BI reference architecture and IBM data warehouse best practices, studied the method of bill correlation analysis, KPI monitoring of service quality, and centralized data storage and OLAP Mining, summarized GPRS, MMS, SMS and other services'process and intelligent analysis algorithms base on bill/Log, according these theoretical foundation and research results, a system was designed and coded, and deployed on the user site, achieved the desired results, also laid a solid foundation for the next phase of building the entire ODS.
