As the adoption of information technology in radio monitoring and management becomes increasingly thorough,each department has collected a large volume of data in relate to the administration affairs.However,the isolation of collected data from these departments results in data inconsistency,which makes it difficult to support unified,efficient decision making.The application of data warehouse technology allows us to integrate,process and analyze,from different perspectives and at different levels,the tremendous amount of data we have collected.Through data mining technology,we can discover development trends as well as information hidden in the large volume of data,which enables analysis and assessment of the radio electromagnetic environment and provides radio administrators with effective work guidance.This thesis is concerned with design and investigation of a data analysis system for radio monitoring and management tasks.The system is built upon data warehouse technology and takes into account the actual working situations from regional/municipal radio administration routines.The goal is to construct a highly efficient digital analyzing platform with rich functionality,which can satisfy the daily needs of administrators.The thesis first makes a comparison between domestic and international radio data analysis and continues with the introduction of design intention as well as the target of the system design.Then the paper describes the current popular concepts and technologies of data warehouse which would be referenced in this thesis.The system theme and the theme data are designed according to the system requirement analysis.A completed design of the conceptual,logical and physical models is presented in this work.It also describes the design and the implementation of stored procedure-based ETL functionality while explaining a taxonomy of radio signals utilizing the OPTICS algorithm.It display the detailed process combined with the example.Meanwhile I make the OPTICS algorithm better on account of add the algorithm of proving Cluster which make it more accurate.Finally,this thesis demonstrates some parts of the system functionality and discusses the findings of implementing such a system as well as future works.The design and the implementation of the analysis system provide a unified data platform which analyze data,make decisions and mine data from a global perspective.The functions of system has positive impacts on their decision making and facilitates a more efficient,scientific and computerized workflow for radio administration.
