Currently,the state advocate low-carbon living,green travel, select the "green travel" approach is preferred by bus.Transport route inquiring System is part of the urban public information platform, and goal of it provides people with necessary journey information.Transport route inquiring system not only is propitious to people' journey,but also mitigates traffic pressure and reduces environmental pollution. Basing on the development of computer science and geographical information science,geographic information system has been used widely because of its strong spatial analysis function. The traditional transport route inquiring system based on C/S mode have been unable to meet the humanitarian needs.Transport route inquiring system based on WEBGIS,came into being in this case.With the establishment of transport route inquiring system by MapXtreme technology,the Bus Station,bus routes and transfer station displayed visually on the map.it would greatly facilitate the travel.The key issue of urban public traffic network analysis is the shortest path problem.Therefore,the study of the shortest path algorithms which are used to find and provide one or more rapid,economic,convenient shortest paths from start to destination in urban public traffic network,is the most basic and most crucial problem,is also a research project that cannot be ignored in the city information-based construction,is also the urgent request of building the ITS which is modernization and has the power of controlling by making use of various new and artificial intelligent techniques.In-Depth Analysis and Study of GIS development,this thesis summarized that WEGGIS is the important trend in the development of GIS.and the development of WEBGIS should have interoperability,portability,scalability,cross-platform and other characteristics.By analyzing the characteristics of urban public transport network,according to the topological graph theory,it can be reasonably abstracted representation,and constructioned a model of urban bus transport network.Against the estimation function design of A* algorithm is unreasonable,this thesis had improved the estimation function design of A* algorithm.By using the weighted method and search direction limited,design of heuristic function is Optimized.Heuristic function of the role is more prominent.This makes the search more intelligently towarding to the end.The improved a* agorithm coulde greatly reduce the number of traversed nodes,and could improve the search speed.Finally,based on.NET technology framework and MapXtreme map service platform,using Visual Studio.NET2005 Development Environment,the design and development of Transport route inquiring System based on WEBGIS.This system is designed primarily for application features such as the diversification of user platforms,high concurrent requests the system,and high Traffic flow.User interaction of the system is designed is designed using ASP.NET.Data Services is built on Microsoft SQL SERVER System uses MapXtreme mapping service.The Bus Ride model has realized by improved A* algorithm.
