With the development of telecom communication, Network became one part of our life gradually. More and more optical fibers cables were used in our usual life. Especially the service of checking cables with impact tester has a brighter future. In the past, the service of checking optical fibers cables was not quite perfect. The structure of former impact tester has a fatal limitation that likely to get overloaded and has a single point of effectiveness which affected by the limitative processing capability of main chip. The structure of advanced optical and cables impact tester changes the old mode and makes every part working equivalent in the network. Every part of this circuit provides function for other parts at the same time and enjoys the services provided by other parts. So Optical fibers cables based on STM32F103RET6 chip has solved the problem of traditional impact tester service, and greatly boosts the application and development of main board.This paper recommends the anciently structure and technical character of impact tester and the knowledge of communication firstly. Then focus on the system composition and the new method of STM32F103RET6. Then introduce the main four parts of improved impact tester according to the feature of new chip. Ultimately unify the merit of traditional Content Distribution Network and new method, produces an improved circuit in the end. For the sake of checking cables and optical fibers, the system base on arm that support for UC/OS systems.
