Research And Implementation Of Foreground Functionality Of CMMB-Based Delivery System

As the technology of mobile broadcasting TV and the function of cell phone become more powerful, users are not content with the service of picture, text, voice and inferior video, and they hope to experience more high-quality video and audio via mobile phones. CMMB was born with this trend, and it provides mobile broadcasting TV for mobile phones, PDA and small screen protable terminal. CMMB combines satellite signals and ground network to achieve nationwide coverage of mobile broadcasting TV signal.Firstly, this paper introduces the concept and the current development of mobile TV and mobile multimedia broadcasting, and analyzes several key technologies about data broadcasting, such as file slices cutting, XPE encapsulation and LDGC coding. Secondly, according to business features and functional requirements of delivery system, a solution named Research and Implementation of Foreground Functionality of CMMB-Based Delivery System has been designed. Finally, analyzing the foreground functionality of delivery system emphatically, and implementing detailed design and interface definition of several important modules. The main module includes CMS, Data Broadcasting System, Push Service Guide, video server and Push-Video server. At the end of paper, there is an interface display about CMS.
