With the development of multi-media communications and computer virtualization technology, digital TV, high-definition TV, interactive TV, mobile TV, virtual reality, simulation and other high-tech are coming into every corner of people's lives.The research background in this paper focuses on the contemporary young generation's education problems and the current Chinese Culture Foundation, a red, red and cultural patriotic education campaign issue. This paper designed a set of high-tech, fun, portability as one of the red cultural recording playback system to significantly reduce the source of the red cultural and educational program production costs, publicity costs.This paper begins with the research CMMB technology and focuses on introducing and studying the basic concepts CMMB, such as CMMB channel transmission technology, data broadcasting technologies, e-business guide, push technology, conditional access systems, and a comparison with the same criteria as domestic and international presentations. And on this basis we design the pushing document file data sheet and loss compensation package project, and give the concrete realization using C++ language.From another point of view, this paper describes the key technologies of the virtual world relative, such as 3D real-time rendering technology, physics engine technology,3D embedded browser technology, high-concurrency large amounts of data, real-time data synchronization technology. And on this basis this paper focuses researching network concurrent and synchronization technology of large amounts of data in high real-time environment and gives concrete realization and optimization.Using CMMB mobile multimedia broadcasting system as the carrier, the design of this paper reduces the cost of telecommunications bandwidth to traditional%1 when people watch mobile TV.Using the virtual world as a platform, and the virtual world's tico creation systems, information synchronization system, the design of this paper easily reduces the production costs of television programming to traditional animation production costs of 1%, and 10 several times more efficient.
