Study And Implementation On The Interworking Of WLAN And CDMA2000

The emerging of whole-service time drives the tele-operators to use the combination of WLAN and traditional core network as the main operating method,as to increase competitiveness on data service.In such a case,in order to diversify the service provided to users and strengthen resource advantage, operators need to adjust the current network infrastructure, provide solid authentication method to ensure the security and reliability during the user's access.The present paper analyzes the requirements of the different interworking stage between WLAN and CDMA2000,and predicts the network architecture responding to the each specific requirement.In particularly, based on the scenario of UE accessing the packet data service of CDMA2000,analyze the access process,resource controlling, charging,and mobility management.Further, design a access system to simulate the ueser's access to CDMA2000 packet service via WLAN. The system design uses modularization,mainly including:network port module, configuration management module, IPsec management module.state management module.It has integrated function,easy to achieve.According to the test result, the system could establish IPsec tunnel,modularize the user access.
