In the system design, the paper analyzes the organization model and process model of the system. It describes the process modeling emphatically and designs the process of network management testing. And on these foundations, the paper makes overall design from aspects of function, database and system process, all of which provide guidance for the implementation.Finally, the management system of network management testing is implemented on the platform of Apach+MySQL+PHP by WEB technologies. Besides, several commonly used network management testing tools are integrated. Finally, the paper does a system performance optimization. The management system manages and controls the various objects and activities of network management testing and improves testing efficiency and quality obviously.
