| The requirements of Chinese telecommunication market are becoming more strict as 3G licenses have been issued and the competition has been more and more fierce. Since China Telecom has merged CDMA business of China United Telecommunication, in addition to the rising new demands upon existing business pattern of SMS and network construction of SMS integrated service platform. There fore, it is currently a hot issue and difficult task that how to transform existing SMS platform into a integrated service platform which is capable to effectively provide SMS service for both PHS and CDMA in the meantime. This thesis will discuss the issue above.By analyzing the actualities of MMS integrated service platform, the thesis has cleared that the comprehensive reform of platform and upgraded it to a composite service platform to solve the problem. The thesis will introduce the basic theory and techniques of the platform first, then it will analyze the functional orientation and fictional disposition of SMS platform on the condition of the entire design and demands, An open system based on information technology is supposed to construct on an existing network by providing support to 3-layer models and.NET structure as well as the open competence set, thus, successfully and effectively integrate various resource including applied data, media sources and external resources. The platform integrates memory database, a cluster, the high load balancers, seamless internet connection and intellectual content management which covers filtering, anti-harassment and organizations. Business generating tool and business management centre based on the closed-loop workflow is the access of fast business exploration and outlets of support and automatic optimizing test. Implementing the popular pressure test software LoadRunner8.0 stimulate the virtual users for loading test of system performance, meanwhile monitoring server load parameters in order to evaluate system function. It aims to test how the system function will be affected under the situation of the increasing concurrent users.At present, the system has an good and stable performance in telecom, thereby has satisfied the prior expectation. |
