| How to respond to changes in demand are key issues that users want to solve through SOA。In addition, corporations hope to integrate processes, personnel and information of different procurement platform through loose-coupling platform architecture, which will shift IT system from technology-driven to business-driven, improve the efficiency of IT development and operation, and reduce development costs。In this article, a SOA architecture based power marketing system was designed and achieved—Jiangxi electric power marketing system, and two key issues were discussed when corporations bring SOA process into effect, one was methodology guide and the other was proper tools。Jiangxi Power Company chose EOS as integrated application development platform and adopted component-oriented software development methods to guide the development and management of the whole system。Technically, Jiangxi electric power marketing system used unified modeling language to conduct summary design and demands analysis, extracted system cases according to results of business analysis, established dynamic model of main business functions, and primarily grasped business issues that system needs to solve and key business operations。For development and organization management component-oriented software development guidelines were combined with application development platform features of EOS, software development,, organization and management methods based on component technology were formulated, and maintainability for improving system under EOS platform was described。The establishment of Jiangxi electric power marketing system proved that component-oriented software development guidelines and EOS application development platform can support for enterprise-class SOA applications well.
