As the society and economic developing, the requirements of data service have increased a lot. The third generation communication of which data rate can reach high to 2Mbps has come out. And TD-SCDMA is one 3G mobile communication standard of which the authorities belonged to our country. Though it begins late, TD-SCDMA is developing fast. So the measuring technologies should be developed.Radio Frequency technology is a key indicator while evaluating a wireless device. So researching Radio Frequency measuring technology is very valuable. As one of 3G mobile communication standards, there are many new technologies in TD-SCDMA. So the measuring technologies for TD-SCDMA Radio Frequency are different. Traditional RF measuring technologies are using electric cable to connect measuring instruments with device under test. But in TD-SCDMA RF measuring, there are new and more complicated requirements. We can use add new instruments to traditional systems to meet the new requirement. As the increase of measuring items, manual operation will decrease the efficiency of measuring and the inaccuracy will increase. So it is very necessary to develop a auto RF measuring system to improve the work efficiency and the accuracy of measurement by defining strict test plan.This paper introduces TD-SCDMA technology features. After the basis of spectrum analysis, power measuring and new Technologies in TD-SCDMA, it lists all the items while measuring TD-SCDMA Radio Frequency transmitter. And on the base of those, it recommends a common framework for measuring system. Then it gives two solutions to meet the users' requirements. In the end of paper, we develop a software system of which the maintenance and expansibility is very good.
