Nowadays the Internet technology has been widely used and enterprise application systems have more functions due to the various business needs. At the same time, management models are more and more electronic, networking and globalized with the development of B2B, B2C and ERP. The rapidly changing market makes many enterprises try their best to solve problems such as how to seize opportunities in the market and how to provide better service for their clients, partners, suppliers and distributors in business activities.Therefore enterprise application integration based on SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) is introduced. With the overall point of view, it uses open standards and protocols to combine enterprise management and fundamental business systems via the business procedures. Thus a unified, standardized and flexible business integration platform comes into being. Postal e-commerce platform is designed on the principles of efficiency and flexibility and its modules are clearly distinct to each other and very expandable. The requirements are refined in detail designing and implementation in order to have a better e-commerce platform for the QingHai Postal enterprise.The application of the platform shows its flexibility, reusability, expandability, ability of cross-platform and ease which are the merits of platforms based on SOA.
