At present there are two methods to develop the data warehouse in e-commerce platform; one is use of tools such as Cognos, Sybase and so on. The completion of these tools can be a good platform for the development, but this method can not seamlessly integrate existing systems. The other is developing a data warehouse in the existing e-commerce system. The paper is introduced the method of developing a warehouse platform in the existing e-commerce.Data warehouse platform includes data warehouse modeling, ETL, OLAP analysis modules, this paper studies detailed data warehouse modeling. Designing the data warehouse model must first be subject design, primarily to determine the subject field. Design logical model is modeling the subject of major research in this subject.
