With the company's growing number of business, the company for project management is also becoming increasingly complicated. Previously the company for project management, using a one-based C/S framework of a single management system, the system only by the company's senior leadership on the task of tracking changes, the general staff can't see the progress of the project related, can not carry out the project update, these problems with the company's business continues to grow, the company has created a significant obstacle to development, so the company decided to develop a task tracking system which is open to all the employees, so every employee can track and see the company's project schedule, to achieve efficient management of projects for the company.Task tracking management system is designed and developed in the context above. By tracking and managing the entire life cycle of a project, it enables the information of every project can be real-timely feedback to all employees, greatly improving the efficiency of the company's office. The system is open to all persons for the company, anyone can apply for user name and password into the system to meet the needs of their work. Meanwhile, in order to prevent the information security of system, by assigning different permissions to the person, to protect the company's information security. The system is currently deployed in-house tests and it shows that the system is stable, ready to official launch.Through the use of JavaEE architecture, reference MVC design pattern, the system is divided into model, view, controller development and implementation of three independent reuse, meanwhile, by using open source persistence framework Hibernate for data development, greatly increased development efficiency.The first chapter introduces the topic of background, analysis of the company's IT situation and business needs. The second chapter describes the system development tools and related technologies, including javaEE related technologies and open source framework Struts, hibernate. ChapterⅢis the detailed analysis and the overall architecture of the system. ChapterⅣis the system detailed design and implementation. ChapterⅤfor system testing.
