With the fast development of computer technology, multimedia technology and network communication technology, network education becomes more and more popular to teachers and students with its special education model and rich education contents and methods.Computer testing system is a very important application during the development of network education. Its aims at justify every tester's real level objectively. That is also to say, it can investigate the testers'abilities through distinguishing the difficulties among test questions and combing the rate of right answers in the examinations.Based on the Multimedia teaching system, this paper analyzed the strategy of giving out testers questions in the Practice Module. Teachers can previously design the device manually, it includes the total number of questions in one exercise exam, time that tester will take and range of knowledge. The Multimedia teaching system can find out the most suitable questions through the Genetic Algorithm and make up one paper exam. The aim of taking exercises is to strengthen tester's ability by doing lots of knowledge's exercise. The original strategy cannot give out tasters' questions based theirs ability. So some of the questions are hard to testers and make them lose interests. To solve this problem, this paper takes examples of Practice Module. Adds adaptive strategy to the system on the base of structure. Therefore, the system can give students different subjects, and these subjects are fit for their ability. Then estimates the student's abilities again through their answers and at last accomplish the results that actively adjust student's question. Adapt the Newton-Raphson method to estimate student's ability. At the same time add the additional strategy to catch up on Boundary value that Newton-Raphson method cannot solve. One highlight of innovation in this paper is applying the adaptive strategy to the memorize words module. It can recommend student learn more words through finger out the difficulty that students have mastered, using the adaptive strategy method. At the same time, it would not make much difficulty for student to learn words. With the feedbacks of students, adaptive strategy can adjust the subjects. So the learning curve is gradual shifted, not suddenly changed.
