The Research Of Packaging Balance Wireless Control System Which Is Based On S3C2410

The traditional operation method of packing scale is usually use SCM as control chip, adopt keyboard to operate, and through the wire to connect the control module and the front part of data acquisition. In recent years, as the constant improvement demand at home and abroad, the development of electronic packaging scale is toward the direction of modular, miniaturization, integration, intelligent. To coping the demand, this topic designed a packaging scale wireless control system which based on the S3C2410, and use the touch-screen to control the system.On the hardware, this system used S3C2410 which based on ARM920T as the core microprocessor, in order to realize the function of data processing, control touch screen's movement. And also use 16-bit single chip SPCE061A as the control chip of wireless transmission module, sensors and actuators. Wireless transmission parts used PTR8000 in design that has a core chip of nRF905. PTR8000 has a frequently use in industry for wireless transmission, it has some merits, such as simple to use, cheap price, strong anti-jamming capability and so on. After selected the main components, the outer circuit was also been designed, in order to realize the function of the hardware.On the software, the first completed work was constructed the cross compile environment, which include compile and transplant the bootloader, Linux kernel and cramfs file system. To realizing the function of touch screen, serial communication and so on, the author designed the graphical user interface program which is based on the Qt/Embedded, serial communication program and related data processing program, and also written the application program on SPCE061A to control the wireless transmission, the data acquisition etc.During system testing period, according to the system requirements and the actual develop situation, the debugging stage was been mainly divided into three stages: wireless module commissioning, embedded system commissioning and the hole system commissioning. After the system debugging, the system was stable and reliable, the acquisition and control functions were well, the operation was more humanization, it also can be very good to separate the operating person from the site operation to reduce the production cost.
