The Research And Implementation Of Monitoring System Base On Battalion Of Missile Force On The Plateau Cold Regions

In order to meet the needs of future warfare, it's the urgent requirement of modern information war to upgrade the way of command and dispatch, and it is effective way to eastablish a Monitoring&Command System for missile force battalion(M&C)to prompt the abolity of operation and dealing emergency. The topic area is confined to XX missile system in this paper, which based on the net linking the testing and monitoring computer through series prots. With its necessity and feasibility put forward, technology theory and method as well as software and hardware platform suggested, and the real system eatablished, the M&C is explained detailed in following aspects.On the basis of analysis of the traditional system of command and data-monitoring, the frame of the M&C,of which functions can meet the operation need of missile battalion according to system neccesity analysis,is built on the technology of network.Utilizing the network technology to build the M&C through series prots.Puting forward the especial designing and accordingly measurments to meet especial requirment of lauching well and missile,such as system reliability, electro-magnetic compatibility and long-wire transmitting.Analyzing a computer-aided fault analysis and decision system imbeded in the M&C on platoon-lever to take advantage of the experience of experts.Having compared various of communication protocols, the paper presents the special protocol of the M&C in according with current realtime mechanism requiring little data-transmitting.Having designing the software of M&C on the basis of analysis of factors such aincluding modification of the testing and launching software, the designation of the logic flow and work flow, the adption of the data structure,etc.Application in launching fronts after the realization of the system and the commnetsto int in total aspects.The eastablishment of the the reliability model and the computation and comment to the system by it.By the work of the above, the M&C is eastablished, and passed the examination by it's normally operation presently. It not only bring operation convenience for operator, but also accumulate experience and build the theory foundation for the M&C of the next generation missile, which has profound and lasting sense for the development of the Secondary Artillerty Corps.
