| In modern economic life, the health of objects would affect every aspect in national economy and the people's livelihood, and the object's health detecting has been paid more and more attention. As an important part of object's health detecting, the surface defect detecting can reflect the health of objects intuitively, and has been developed dramatically. It has been used in bridges,construction,industrial products detecting,petroleum pipeline detecting,steel products detecting and so on. The object's surface nondestructive defect detecting can improve quality of products and levels of our living, it has important practical significance and broader marketing perspective.The design analyzes and studies the object's surface defect detecting home and abroad sufficiently. Aiming at the drawbacks of the current detecting methods, a scheme of the object's surface defect real-time detection system based on DSP and image processing algorithm is presented. In the scheme, the high performance multimedia DSP chip TMS320DM642 is set the key processor, spreads CCD image sampling circuit,video decode circuit,SDRAM circuit,Flash bootloader circuit,CPLD control circuit,Compact Flash card circuit and so on, and achieves the function of image sampling,transfering,processing and storage. With the circuit schematic design and the high speed PCB design, completes PCB composition,stackup design,internal layer design,system grounding design and high-speed signal line design. Analyzes the signal integrity problems of the PCB on the base of transmission line theory, completes signal integrity design and simulation. At last, the hardware system platform is debugged, completed the function of image sampling,transfering,processing and storage, achieves the function of nondestructive detecting system for the surface defect.The paper analyzes the research situation in both local and foreign and presents a integrity scheme to detect object's surface defect, designs the circuit principle diagram of the detecting system, completed the PCB design and Signal Integrity design. The experimental results show that the detecting system has the advantages of low cost,real-time,nondestructive examination,high commonality,easy to spread and so on, has a great value of usage and broader marketing perspective. |
