Grating plate is an optical feedback element with high precision,and its minimum detection accuracy needs to reach the micron level.How to improve the detection efficiency while ensuring the accuracy has become an urgent problem to be solved in the field of grating surface defect detection.At present,the quality inspection of grating in China's grating manufacturing industry mainly relies on manual inspection through the microscope,and manual fatigue is easily generated in the inspection process to reduce the accuracy of detection.Although the existing detection equipment can detect in a complex environment,the detection efficiency is low and the degree of automation needs to be improved.The main research object of this topic is circular grating disc,relying on digital image processing technology and parallel computing technology to develop a set of grating surface defect detection system with high precision,high efficiency and high degree of automation,and to improve the detection structure and control system,improve the reliability and practicability of detection equipment.Firstly,based on digital image processing technology,aiming at the characteristics of grating surface image,the algorithm of grating surface defect detection and processing is designed and optimized on the premise of ensuring accuracy.The algorithm of image filtering and image contrast enhancement preprocessing is studied,and the algorithm efficiency is optimized based on the original one to improve the detection efficiency.According to the characteristics of grating surface image,image segmentation,feature extraction and geometric transformation are performed to adjust the image.According to the special distribution characteristics of grating code trace,a line scan detection algorithm based on template matching and a parallel detection algorithm of multi-thread and multi-bit markers suitable for dual cameras are proposed.Secondly,according to the requirements of the grating surface defect detection,and this topic based on the grating surface defect detection method,the image acquisition system and the motion control system to equipment selection and system building,and the relevant system,the optimization of structural redesign or for detecting overall system performance and to increase the degree of automation.Finally,the system integration of the grating surface image processing function based on OpenCV library and the motion control function of the motion control card is realized in the Windows environment MFC architecture,the UI interface of the grating surface defect detection system is developed,and the application of the grating defect detection algorithm studied is realized in practice.After the completion of the system construction,the effective range of the detection error of the system in the online detection process was verified through experiments,which proved the feasibility and accuracy of the research content of this project.
