In the process of industrial production line, because the scene data quantity is big,in the whole production process scheduling needs response quickly and accurately in raw material supply chain which must be informationed on enterprise management of the productive process control , it needs to network all the control node, to meet the real-time inquiry data and follow the demand of the production state in the distribution of materials of the logistics management, It needs to integrate all supply activity successfully, reduce allocates and dispatches the link, provide unificated information management for the entire supply chain. We follow the enterprise automated production and the requests and trends of the informationized management, in the big background of manufacturing industry production demand develops increasingly, we put forward a technical program about introducing advanced embedded UHF-RFID network data server's in the manufacturing industry, to solute questions about production process's information management, manufacture execution, quality control, track and backward, warehousing quantity visualization and so on, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.This topic studies the embedded UHF-RFID network data server uses Tristar Corporation's S3C2410A as the core processor, uses embedded Linux as the embedded operating system, uses Berkeley DB to save and manage data, and has realized partial man-machine interaction interface. This paper mainly from the following several part to develop research work:(1). It makes brief introduction about the production background and the research significance as well as research situation in the present domestic of this topic .(2). According to the intended use, the use situation, the specification of the topic and so on, to the embedded UHF-RFID network data server's hardware system carry on the electric circuit schematic diagram design and select the primary part components.(3). Builds development platform of the embedded system as well as the user interface procedure. Using the host machine and the goal board's development pattern to install development tool such as the overlapping compiler, Qt/Embedded, Qtopia, Berkeley DB on the host machine which are needed in the embedded application software development.(4). Application software's development, use the Qt/Embedded to develop and design the embedded UHF-RFID network data server's user application interface, it realizes many functions such as network data's receive and transmission, the network breakdown node's examination, the breakdown restored the data reproduction, the serial port and the CAN bus's operation, Berkeley DB database's operation by writing corresponding functional procedures.Through the research and development of the embedded UHF-RFID network data server, it has realized the data's high-speed access, the failure detection, the breakdown section data reproduction and so on. Simultaneously, in each server node database's data are all kept uniformity of the entire local area network, that is to say each server node has the entire net data what reduced the data exchange complex degree greatly between the nodes. Simultaneously, it provides the information management system with the effective industry scene data timely and makes the correct technical condition judgment promptly for the industry scene's equipments.The paper summarized finally about this topic and proposed the harvest and the insufficiency, meanwhile, to the defects proposed some improved opinions combined with the topic's the actual research process, pointed out the key work of the next step, and make further forecast.
