Electrocardiogram (ECG) for detection and analysis is an important strategy and mean who understands heart health and clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. Tele-monitoring system and medical system connected technology and medicine with penetration of computer technology into the medical field. With the rapid development of network technology, the computer technology and communication technology, remote medical diagnosis system has been widespread concerned into the research and application. As the ECG signal has very complex non-linear features, it is difficult to analysis. Therefore, the effect of ECG signal automatic diagnosis is difficult to achieve the level of experts. This paper researched the remote diagnostic method of ECG signal who required accurate health information to obtain electrocardiogram and hence for telemedicine.In this paper, we describe the basal knowledge of ECG signal such as characteristics and the basics of remote technology. We analysised the noise in ECG signal, researched and compared the effective algorithm about ECG denoising. We required a high efficiency improved algorithm named thresholding wavelet QRS detection based on EMD algorithm. We compare the three algorithms with MATLAB as simulation platform. The part of ECG signal diagnostic introduced and compared two ECG signal diagnostic methods of wavelet threshold and difference algorithm to detect QRS complexes and tested the two algorithms. Finally we described the remote diagnostic of ECG with DataSocket technology which contained many clients and server-side process.
