Design Method Research And Realization Of Flexible Production Report System

With the development of computer, information and automationtechnology, the production scale of process industry is more and more large.Large amounts of production data will be produced in the production process,it is the urgent need for the process industry data management and analysis.Report plays an important role in the process industry, which is as a favorablemeans of an information organization and analysis. The report system is animportant part of enterprise information systems. But in the developmentprocess, existing reporting tools can’t customized complex reports, theflexibility and adaptability of the report is rather poor, the development cycleis long, and the development costs is expensive. The existing reporting toolscan’t meet the changing needs of enterprises and users. Therefore, it isimportant theoretical significance and application value for us to research onthe design method of flexible reporting system’s which help to improveproduction efficiency and management level.Based on the detailed analysis of the process industry report system andits technology development and present situation, a process flexible reportsystem of process industry building method was studied. The three layers framework Silverlight model was used to propose a building method of theflexible report system based on Silverlight. The method could achieve users’flexible operation and configuration by using Silverlight, which achieve dataexchange between client and server by the use of Web Service technology.The paper gives the system structure of flexible report system. Combing withXML technology and Web Service database access technology, a flexiblereport system’s implementation methods has been given based on Silverlightarchitectural model, which is consists of user management module, reportformat editing module, report statistics module, report builder module andreport display module. A flexible production report system has beendeveloped on.NET platform, combining with the actual needs ofpetrochemical enterpriseThe experimental results show that the development process flexiblereport system of process industry can realize enterprise to browse andmanagement of production data well. The system is able to adapt to thechangeable needs of enterprise and user, has good flexibility andexpansibility and reusability. The building method is provided an effectiveway to solve the current building of the process industry flexible reportsystem.
