As the development of Internet, E-Commerce,E-Government and Electronic Books are widely used, there will be a lot of electronic files transmitted in the Internet. If these files are tampered, it would have serious consequences. As one of the main solutions, digital watermark has been widely and deeply researched with the development of Digital Communication and Network Technology.The main research on digital watermark is mainly on image,video and audio. People are paying more attention to the protection of web pages and the security of web pages. But because of less redundant data and difficulty of embedding of hypertext, less attention is paid to the web page watermark. This paper is about the application of fragile digital watermark on static and dynamic web pages, the main research includes:1. Some kinds of web page watermarking technologies based on pattern recognition, such as web page watermarking scheme based on Locality Preserving Projection(LPP),Simple Principal Component Analysis(SPCA) and Random Projection(RP). These schemes are all about the improvement of existing web page watermarking schemes on the contents protected and the way of watermark embedding which can be shown in the experiment. 2. A Logistic Map and block based web page watermarking scheme is proposed, which is aiming at protecting important data of a web page. The extracted message data is firstly blocked into pieces, which are then changed into some kinds of values. These values are then used as the initial values of Logistic map to generate watermark pieces. Combination of these watermark pieces is the watermark of the web page. While embedding, we omit the double quotes parts of the tabs and don't use cyclic embedding. Experiment results show the effective and time efficiency of the proposed scheme.3. Two kinds of way of watermark embedding based on the special codes of HTML. It is found that some combination of codes will not be displayed in web browser or will display as a blank. So if we can encode these special codes as watermark and embed them into web pages, the watermark will be embedded at the same time. Experiment results show that the proposed scheme keeps the invisibility and effectiveness of traditional web page watermarking.4. Dynamic web page watermarking scheme. The concept and principle of dynamic web page are introduced. The application of web page watermarking system in dynamic web site is described. According to the feature and the importance of contents of ASP pages, a ASP based web page watermarking scheme is proposed, which is used for protecting the contents between "" and contents between "<%" and "%>". While embedding, we only change the tab parts of HTML and the parts between "<%" and "%>". Experiments show the effectiveness and time efficiency of the proposed scheme.
